Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 business days. Custom items will take longer. After receiving a custom order we will provide an email notification to the customer, informing him or her when they can expect their order to be mailed. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping/handling fees are calculated based on items in the shopping cart, and you will see them during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and that a variety of factors may influence the actual time until delivery of a parcel, including, but not limited to, customs, natural disaster, human error, etc. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We naturally cannot control UPS, the United States Postal Service, or any other shipping service provider that may be utilized, but we help our customers wherever we plausibly can. Parcels cannot be claimed as lost when a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and no legal recourse remains at such time. All shipping questions, inquiries, complaints, and damage claims must be filed with the appropriate shipping service provider.
